• Nicola conducted a team building workshop with my European media team in February 2015. Its primary objective was to better to build a high performing team, which share a common set of team values. Her approach was to first understand each other’s strengths and personalities utilising the enneagram and realise 2 individual and team profiling tools. The outputs were then used to workshop how we could leverage these to align behind a common team purpose and goals. This was a very challenging exercise for Nicola, pulled together at short notice and operating with a multi- cultural group of individuals she had never met before including me! • Our CEO had been working with Dr. Nicola Bunting for more than a year with executive coaching sessions. He decided to ask Nicola to help him out and develop his executive team.
  Nicola´s proposal included individual assessment with Enneagram and R2 Strength Profiler, as well as assessment of our team with Nine Domains. Then a 2 day workshop with the team plus coaching session with each of us.
