The offsite can combine workshops with individual executive coaching sessions. A particularly successful workshop is Transforming Teams With The Enneagram, where individuals are profiled for their Enneagram personality type before the event, and the workshop then focuses on how individuals can understand and get the best out of their colleagues, maximising the quality and success of their relationships with the rest of the team and with their clients.
A typical corporate off-site can range from one to three days, and is tailor-made to your requirements and objectives.
La Vita Nuova can organise it for you, in an inspiring venue such as the stunning Elizabethan The Manor in the Cotswolds, just a short drive or train-ride from London, or in a venue of your choice. Catering can be organised for you, as well as fun excursions such as a twilight roof-top thermal spa experience at Thermae Bath Spa in Bath.
