La Vita Nuova (The New Life) was set up by Dr Nicola Bunting, one of the UK's most well qualified life coaches.

Nicola is an MCC (Master Certified Coach). This qualification, bestowed by the International Coach Federation, is the highest possible coaching level of internationally recognised excellence, which only a few coaches in the UK have attained. The ICF – the only internationally recognised coaching organisation in existence – strictly monitors the standards of coaches and of coach training institutions. How do personal, group and executive coaching compare?

For Personal Coaching, the focus is your life and your goals, which may or may not include work goals.

For Executive Coaching, we chart the desired outcomes. What are the professional goals the individual wishes to achieve? We then take a big-picture approach, examining individual personality, strengths, and values in order to leverage them as effectively as possible in achieving goals.

For Group Coaching, people benefit from group synergy and support, as well as input from the coach. Topics are usually defined for each group as a focus point, ie. career change, or developing relationships.

What can you expect from La Vita Nuova?

My approach is positive and solution focused. I believe you can achieve whatever you want, if it is right for you!

Initially we spend time clearing clutter on every level (emotional, physical, mental), to maximise energy and effectiveness. We then look at who you really are, what will make you happiest and how you can achieve it more easily by leveraging your personality and strengths.

We establish goals, chart a strategy, and follow through to get results. Along the way, I recommend books and other resources and have a useful team of experts I can refer you to when appropriate - everything from financial planners to yoga teachers.

Whatever you're going through, I'm there to support and encourage you....in the past I've helped clients through negotiations on houses and job offers and through relationship and career transitions, and everything inbetween.
